| 5 siung bawang putih, cincang |
| 3 cm jahe, iris |
| 2 batang daun bawang, iris serong halus |
| 1 sendok makan minyak wijen |
| 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir |
| 1 sendok makan kecap asin |
| 4 sendok makan saus tiram |
| 1 sendok teh garam |
| 1 sendok teh merica bubuk |
| 3 sendok makan minyak goreng |

Cara Masak
- Cuci bersih paha ayam, kerat-kerat, tiriskan
- Panaskan minyak goreng bersama wijen, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan saus tiram, garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir, dan kecap asin, aduk rata
- Masukkan ayam dan jahe, masak hingga setengah matang
- Tempatkan ayam dalam pinggan tahan panas beserta bumbunya, taburi dengan jamur kuping, daun bawang, cabai rawit merah, dan cabai hijau, kukus selama 20 menit
- Hidangkan selagi hangat dengan taburan bawang goreng
