Resep Iga Panggang
In American cuisine, ribs usually refers to barbecue pork ribs, or sometimes beef ribs, which are served with various barbecue sauces. They are served as a rack of meat which diners customarily tear apart by hand, then eat the meat from the bone. Slow roasting or barbecuing for as much as 10–12 hours creates a tender finished product.

| 2 cm jahe, memarkan |

| 8 butir bawang merah |
| 5 siung bawang putih |
| 2 sendok teh ketumbar, sangrai |
| 1/2 sendok teh jintan, sangrai |

Langkah Masak Iga Panggang
- Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan iga, kecap manis, madu, daun jeruk, jahe, serai, dan air, aduk rata
- Masak hingga iga lunak dan kuah menyusut. Angkat iga, sisihkan kuah serta bumbunya
- Panggang iga hingga kering, angkat
- Tata iga dalam piring saji, tempatkan kuah dan bumbunya dalam mangkuk, hidangkan.
